Basmati Rice, Mushrooms Cooked in Tamari, Avocado, Asparagus and Tofu

Ingredients

  • Cook it in the air fryer at 200 decrees C/390 F for around 5 minutes. Then add it to a non-stick frying pan together with 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • and 1 tsp corn starch
  • and cook that on a low-medium heat for around 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken
