Basmati Rice, Mushrooms Cooked in Tamari, Avocado, Asparagus and Tofu
Ingredients
- Cook it in the air fryer at 200 decrees C/390 F for around 5 minutes. Then add it to a non-stick frying pan together with 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp water
- and 1 tsp corn starch
- and cook that on a low-medium heat for around 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken
