Cranberry Scones
Ingredients
- 1 c oat flour
- 1.5 c regular flour
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 big tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c oatmilk
Preparation
Melt coconut oil, mix up dry and wet ingredients and add cranberries
If the dough is too wet add a bit more flour
Shape dough into a ball and flatten ut on a baking sheet using your palm
Split in 6 pieces and bake @ 190/375 for 18-22 minutes and let cool
