Cranberry Scones

Ingredients

  • 1 c oat flour
  • 1.5 c regular flour
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 big tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c oatmilk

Preparation

  1. Melt coconut oil, mix up dry and wet ingredients and add cranberries

  2. If the dough is too wet add a bit more flour

  3. Shape dough into a ball and flatten ut on a baking sheet using your palm

  4. Split in 6 pieces and bake @ 190/375 for 18-22 minutes and let cool
