Baked Cranberry Scones with Honey and Spices
Ingredients
- 1 c oat flour
- 1.5 c regular flour
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 big tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c oatmilk
- 1 small egg
- cardamom
- cinnamon
- cranberries
Preparation
Melt the coconut oil.
Mix dry and wet ingredients and add cranberries.
If the dough is too wet, add a bit more flour.
Shape the dough into a ball and flatten it on a baking sheet using your palm.
Split it into 6 pieces.
Bake at 190°C/375°F for 18-22 minutes and let cool.
