Baked Cranberry Scones with Honey and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 c oat flour
  • 1.5 c regular flour
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 big tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c oatmilk
  • 1 small egg
  • cardamom
  • cinnamon
  • cranberries

Preparation

  1. Melt the coconut oil.

  2. Mix dry and wet ingredients and add cranberries.

  3. If the dough is too wet, add a bit more flour.

  4. Shape the dough into a ball and flatten it on a baking sheet using your palm.

  5. Split it into 6 pieces.

  6. Bake at 190°C/375°F for 18-22 minutes and let cool.
