Crunchy Rice Flour Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • cauliflower: 1 large cauli cut in bite sized bits and blanched in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
  • oil for frying
  • for coating:
  • rice flour: 1/2 c
  • cornflour: 2 t
  • salt: 1 t
  • chilly powder: 1t
  • coconut yogurt: 3 t
  • turmeric: 1t
  • cumin powder: 1t
  • coriander powder: 2t
  • garam masala: 1/2 t
  • chilly powder: 2 t
  • ginger powder: 1t
  • amchur/dried mango powder: 1 t
  • smoked paprika: 1/2 t
  • salt: 2 t

Preparation

  1. Marinate cauliflower in listed ingredients for 30 minutes

  2. Mix all the listed coating ingredients in a bowl

  3. Dip the marinated cauliflower in the coating powder to coat evenly

  4. Fry till crispy
