Depressioncake
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose or spelt flour
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp unrefined salt
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup cold water
Preparation
Mis dry together, mix wet together, combine wet to dry, pour into an 8 x 8” square pan slightly oiled and lined with parchment paper, bake 30-40 min at 350F
