Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose or spelt flour
  • 1 cup cane sugar
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp unrefined salt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup cold water

Preparation

  1. Mis dry together, mix wet together, combine wet to dry, pour into an 8 x 8” square pan slightly oiled and lined with parchment paper, bake 30-40 min at 350F
