-Friendly Vegan Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk (I use original almond milk or you can also make your own if you have time)
  • 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 chia egg
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • Dry-
  • 1 cup tigernut flour (I use )
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (could sub with stevia powder)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp quality salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg + vanilla + cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Combine your wet mixture in a bowl, allow 5 mins to let your mixture turn into a buttermilk •Combine your two mixtures, stirring to combine •Heat your oven to 175 •Lightly grease your donut pan & spoon your mixture into the moulds (be careful not to over fill your donuts over 1/2 full) • Cook your donuts for roughly 18 mins, although mine took a little longer then this (but I don't think they should've
