Gluten-Free High-Protein Waffles with Chia Jam

Ingredients

Waffle mix

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 4 tablespoons egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • baking powder

Chia jam

  • frozen raspberries
  • chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fruit syrup

Toppings

  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all waffle mix ingredients together to form a batter

  2. Cook the batter in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown

  3. Melt frozen raspberries with chia seeds and 1 teaspoon fruit syrup to make the chia jam.

  4. Assemble by sandwiching the waffles with chia jam and peanut butter.
