Ingredients
Waffle mix
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 4 tablespoons egg whites
- 1 egg
- baking powder
Chia jam
- frozen raspberries
- chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon fruit syrup
Toppings
- peanut butter
Preparation
Mix all waffle mix ingredients together to form a batter
Cook the batter in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown
Melt frozen raspberries with chia seeds and 1 teaspoon fruit syrup to make the chia jam.
Assemble by sandwiching the waffles with chia jam and peanut butter.
