Chocolate Almond Quinoa Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3 tbsp. almond milk (or water)
- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Optional additions
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1 tsp. ground chia
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp. maca powder
- 1/2 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
Preparation
Whisk together the wet ingredients with a fork.
Whisk in the dry ingredients.
Cook in a mini waffle maker.
