Almond Butter Jam Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup/honey
- 2 tbsp. almond milk
- croftersorganic raspberry jam
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a baking sheet
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, and baking powder
Stir in the rest of the ingredients (besides the jam) and roll dough into balls (I did about 1 tbsp
Each and made 15 cookies)
Make a thumbprint into each cookie, spoon in the jam, and bake for 10 minutes
