Chewy Chocolate Peppermint Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup gluten-free baking flour (all purpose works too)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- mint dark chocolate
- crushed peppermint candy
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and in a small bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet into the dry and stir until everything is well combined.
Roll the dough into 13 balls, press the chocolate in the center, and coat the outsides with crushed peppermint candy.
Place on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
