Cinnamon Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup gluten-free all purpose flour {or regular ap flour}
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350f

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg & milk

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, & baking powder—then stir in the raisins

  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a dough forms

  5. The dough may be slightly sticky, so you can coat your hands with a little flour before rolling}

  6. Roll the dough into 15-18 balls, flatten, & bake for 8 minutes!

  7. Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone
