Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 100g whole meal flour (or any flour of your choice)
  • 25g vanilla protein powder (can sub for almond meal or more flour)
  • 65g runny peanut butter
  • 10g coconut sugar
  • 10g coconut oil
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbs cinnamon
  • pinch of pink salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl

  2. Shape into cookie shapes and cook in the oven at 160°c for 30 minutes

  3. Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for 3 days or in the fridge for up to week
