Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 100g whole meal flour (or any flour of your choice)
- 25g vanilla protein powder (can sub for almond meal or more flour)
- 65g runny peanut butter
- 10g coconut sugar
- 10g coconut oil
- 100ml almond milk
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 tbs cinnamon
- pinch of pink salt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
Shape into cookie shapes and cook in the oven at 160°c for 30 minutes
Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for 3 days or in the fridge for up to week
