Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Mayver's peanut butter
- 1/3 cup Macro Mike PB+ (mixed with 3 tbs water)
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 cup flour of choice
- 1 tbs Natvia Living sweetener
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- Pinch of pink salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a bowl stir together peanut butter, PB+, oil and syrup until combined
Add remaining ingredients and mix until a dough is formed
Line a baking tray and section even amounts of dough into round balls and flatten
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through
Drizzle with more peanut butter and chopped peanuts
Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for 3-5 days or in the fridge for a week
