Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayver's peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup Macro Mike PB+ (mixed with 3 tbs water)
  • 2 tbs coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 cup flour of choice
  • 1 tbs Natvia Living sweetener
  • 1 tbs cacao powder
  • Pinch of pink salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. In a bowl stir together peanut butter, PB+, oil and syrup until combined

  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until a dough is formed

  4. Line a baking tray and section even amounts of dough into round balls and flatten

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through

  6. Drizzle with more peanut butter and chopped peanuts

  7. Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for 3-5 days or in the fridge for a week
