Chocolate Mint Fudge Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Non Dairy Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Non Dairy Milk
  • 2 tbs Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 1 tub @gorawdesserts Choc Mint Mousse

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Add oat flour, sweetener and cacao powder to a bowl and mix to combine

  3. Add in yoghurt, milk, coconut oil and peppermint extract and stir until smooth and thick

  4. Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes

  5. Put in the fridge to cool completely before topping with choc mint mousse

  6. Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for longer
