Chocolate Mint Fudge Bites
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sweetener
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Non Dairy Yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Non Dairy Milk
- 2 tbs Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1 tub @gorawdesserts Choc Mint Mousse
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Add oat flour, sweetener and cacao powder to a bowl and mix to combine
Add in yoghurt, milk, coconut oil and peppermint extract and stir until smooth and thick
Pour into a lined baking tin and bake for 20-25 minutes
Put in the fridge to cool completely before topping with choc mint mousse
Store in the fridge for up to a week or in the freezer for longer
