Healthy Chocolate Orange Hobnobs
Ingredients
- 70g jumbo oats
- 20g oat flour (20g oats ground into a flour)
- 55g ground almonds/almond flour
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 60ml light syrup
- 50ml coconut oil, melted
- 50g dark orange chocolate, melted
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate in a bowl
Using a round biscuit cutter as a template, flatten the mixture on the parchment paper, dividing into 10
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown
Allow to cool
Melt the chocolate
Turn the biscuits over and spread over the melted chocolate
Set in the fridge for 30 minutes
