Vegan White Chocolate Millionaire's Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 40g oat flour
  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons liquid sweetener

Caramel layer

  • 3-4 dates
  • Almond butter

Top layer

  • Vegan white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients and bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.

  2. Prepare the caramel layer by soaking 3-4 dates in water, blending them, and combining with almond butter.

  3. Prepare the top layer by melting vegan white chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil.

  4. Assemble the layers by spreading the caramel on the baked base and pouring the chocolate mixture on top.

  5. Freeze the assembled bars and then cut into 6 squares.
