Homemade Vegan Matcha Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 120g oat flour
- 12g flaxseed
- 20g vanilla protein powder
- 20g coconut oil
- 15g sweet freedom syrup
- 1 tsp matcha
- vanilla extract
- cacao nibs or chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
Make a flax egg using the 12g flaxseed.
Mix all ingredients together.
Top with cacao nibs or add chocolate chips if preferred.
Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
