Homemade Vegan Matcha Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 120g oat flour
  • 12g flaxseed
  • 20g vanilla protein powder
  • 20g coconut oil
  • 15g sweet freedom syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • vanilla extract
  • cacao nibs or chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

  1. Make a flax egg using the 12g flaxseed.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Top with cacao nibs or add chocolate chips if preferred.

  4. Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
