Caramel Cookie Cups
Ingredients
- 30g coconut flour
- 5g flaxseed
- 30g soy isolate
- 20g coconut oil
- tsp vanilla extract
- liquid sweetener (agave, maple, honey, sugar free)
- alpro caramel pot
- 80g oat flour
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients together and then mix in wet ingredients
Mould into little cups and bake for 12-15 mins
Then leave to cool and fill with caramel and refrigerate
Could even add a choc layer on top or in the cookie mix if ya like xx
