Caramel Cookie Cups

Ingredients

  • 30g coconut flour
  • 5g flaxseed
  • 30g soy isolate
  • 20g coconut oil
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • liquid sweetener (agave, maple, honey, sugar free)
  • alpro caramel pot
  • 80g oat flour

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients together and then mix in wet ingredients

  2. Mould into little cups and bake for 12-15 mins

  3. Then leave to cool and fill with caramel and refrigerate

  4. Could even add a choc layer on top or in the cookie mix if ya like xx
