Vanilla Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder from @petite_protein
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Soak the bread (I use sourdough) in the mixture for approx 5 minutes

  2. Melt some coconut oil in a pan and then cook bread until it’s start to get crispy

  3. Serve with your fav toppings. For these I used

  4. Peanut butter and hemp from @hempfoodsaustralia

  5. Almond, chia and hemp butter from @hempfoodsaustralia

  6. Blueberries

  7. Strawberries

  8. Raspberries

  9. Maple syrup
