Vanilla Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Coconut oil
Toppings
- Peanut butter and hemp seeds
- Almond, chia, and hemp butter
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Raspberries
- Maple syrup
Preparation
Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Soak the bread in the mixture for approximately 5 minutes.
Melt some coconut oil in a pan and then cook bread until it starts to get crispy.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
