Vanilla Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla protein powder from @petite_protein
- 2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Soak the bread (I use sourdough) in the mixture for approx 5 minutes
Melt some coconut oil in a pan and then cook bread until it’s start to get crispy
Serve with your fav toppings. For these I used
