Vanilla Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • Coconut oil

Toppings

  • Peanut butter and hemp seeds
  • Almond, chia, and hemp butter
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Soak the bread in the mixture for approximately 5 minutes.

  3. Melt some coconut oil in a pan and then cook bread until it starts to get crispy.

  4. Serve with your favorite toppings.
