Homemade Vegan Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 70g vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter (or any other nut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30g chocolate chips
Preparation
Drain and rinse the chickpeas
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and well mixed
Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or form into bars
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set, then cut into bars
