Magical Matcha Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (partially melted)
  • 1 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat your waffle maker to a low/medium setting

  2. Beat 2 large eggs in a mixing bowl. Then pour the rest of the wet ingredients (except the coconut oil). Stir well

  3. Dry inredients: 2 cups gluten-free flour blend, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder

  4. Start adding your dry ingredients while you whisk the mixture. Add the coconut oil and continue mixing until you get a silky smooth texture

  5. Pour 1/2 cup of batter into the waffle maker

  6. Cook your waffles for 2-3 minutes

  7. Repeat the steps for the remaining mixture

  8. You can serve these waffles with coconut whipped cream, honey, or fresh fruit
