No Bake Snickers Cups

Ingredients

  • 50g dark chocolate (x2)
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil (x2)
  • 1/3 cup original protein
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 50g Dates (soaked in warm water)

Preparation

  1. Melt first lot of chocolate and coconut oil together

  2. Pour into patty pans and bring slightly up on the sides

  3. Set aside in the freezer to set

  4. For the nougat, mix soaked dates in a blender with protein powder and oat flour

  5. Scoop onto set chocolate and smooth evenly

  6. Put back in the freezer

  7. For the caramel layer: 75g dates (soaked in warm water), 2 tbs peanut butter, 1/2 cup Coco Pops, peanuts

  8. Prepare caramel by mixing dates and peanut butter in a blender. Stir in the coco pops. Scoop on top of nougat. Top with peanuts and press slightly so they sink into caramel. Put back in the freezer

  9. Melt together other set of chocolate and coconut oil and pour over the top. The chocolate should set pretty much straight away

  10. Store in the fridge for 5 days or the freezer for much longer
