Double Chocolate Muffins with Hemp Flour
Ingredients
- 100g All Purpose Flour
- 50g Hemp Flour (can omit and use normal flour)
- 30g Cacao Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Pink Salt
- 30ml Coconut Oil
- 75g @natvialiving Sweetener
- 150ml Almond Milk
- 25g Choc Chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a bowl add flours, cacao powder, baking powder and salt. Whisk until combined.
In a separate bowl, add oil and sweetener and mix until combined. Add into dry ingredients.
Add milk and gently mix until a thick, smooth batter forms. Stir through choc chips.
Pour into muffin cases or muffin trays and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for 3 days or in the fridge for a week. These are freezer friendly too.
