Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever
Ingredients
Wet
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
Dry
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips
Optional filling
- Coconut condensed milk mixed with melted dark chocolate
Preparation
In a bowl combine wet ingredients.
Add dry ingredients and stir until combined. If mixture is too dry, add a splash of almond milk.
Shape into cookies and add any fillings to the centre.
Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour to prevent spreading.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.
Store in a container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for up to 10 days.
