Best Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever

Ingredients

Wet

  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sweetener
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil (melted)

Dry

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Chocolate Chips

Optional filling

  • Coconut condensed milk mixed with melted dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine wet ingredients.

  2. Add dry ingredients and stir until combined. If mixture is too dry, add a splash of almond milk.

  3. Shape into cookies and add any fillings to the centre.

  4. Put in the freezer for at least 1 hour to prevent spreading.

  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes.

  6. Store in a container at room temperature for up to a week or in the fridge for up to 10 days.
