Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients until smooth.

  2. Pour into a baking dish and top with a sliced banana.

  3. Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.

  4. Let cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting into it.
