Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a baking dish and top with a sliced banana.
Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
Let cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting into it.
