Cardamom Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 2/3 cup regular flour or coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flower sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oatmilk
  • 1 chia flax egg

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Pour the mixture into a baking tin.

  3. Bake at 190°C for 35-45 minutes.
