Cardamom Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2/3 cup regular flour or coconut flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flower sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oatmilk
- 1 chia flax egg
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a baking tin.
Bake at 190°C for 35-45 minutes.
