Banana Pancakes with Caramelized Banana
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup regular flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 1 egg or chia egg
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Fry on medium heat, adding pieces of banana for extra caramelized taste.
Tips
Serve combined with Greek yogurt and nut butter.
