Delicious Banana Buckwheat Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup regular flour
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1 cup oatmilk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 chia egg
Preparation
Whip up all dry ingredients
Add the rest of the ingredients
Mix well
Fry on medium heat until browned
