Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup regular flour
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 cup oatmilk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 chia egg

Preparation

  1. Whip up all dry ingredients

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients

  3. Mix well

  4. Fry on medium heat until browned
