Chocolate Stuffed Pancakes for Christmas
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour (oats blended into flour)
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Chocolate of choice
Preparation
Melt the chocolate. Then spoon it into separate discs on a baking sheet. Put in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile blend the rest of the ingredients.
To make the pancake pour some batter on the non stick pan, then place a circle disc on top and add some more batter till the chocolate disc is covered.
Cook on both side and enjoy!
I served mine with some homemade hazelnut butter and a few blueberries.
