Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Cake
Ingredients
- 3 bananas, medium overripe
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
Preparation
Smash the banana in a bowl then add all the liquid ingredients and mix
Sift all the dry ingredients and mix into the batter
Add the chocolate and fold then pour into a baking dish. Top with any nuts, seeds and chocolate of your choice (not necessary)
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Wait until cool before cutting and enjoy
