Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, medium overripe
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Smash the banana in a bowl then add all the liquid ingredients and mix

  2. Sift all the dry ingredients and mix into the batter

  3. Add the chocolate and fold then pour into a baking dish. Top with any nuts, seeds and chocolate of your choice (not necessary)

  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Wait until cool before cutting and enjoy
