Almond Coconut White Chocolate Fudge Cups
Ingredients
Base
- 45g Coconut Flour
- 20g Vanilla Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
- 20g Brown Rice Syrup
- 10g Coconut Oil (melted)
Fudge
- 70g @hempfoodsaustralia Almond Chia Hemp Butter
- 50g Dairy Free White Chocolate
- 15g Brown Rice Syrup
- 10g Coconut Oil
Preparation
Mix base ingredients together and press into silicone moulds. Put in the fridge to set.
Add fudge ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds intervals until chocolate has melted and all ingredients are combined.
Pour over bases and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Store in the fridge for a week or the freezer for longer.
Topping
Top with a drizzle of white chocolate, coconut flakes, and leftover base crumb.
