Almond Coconut White Chocolate Fudge Cups

Ingredients

Base

  • 45g Coconut Flour
  • 20g Vanilla Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
  • 20g Brown Rice Syrup
  • 10g Coconut Oil (melted)

Fudge

  • 70g @hempfoodsaustralia Almond Chia Hemp Butter
  • 50g Dairy Free White Chocolate
  • 15g Brown Rice Syrup
  • 10g Coconut Oil

Preparation

  1. Mix base ingredients together and press into silicone moulds. Put in the fridge to set.

  2. Add fudge ingredients to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds intervals until chocolate has melted and all ingredients are combined.

  3. Pour over bases and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.

  4. Store in the fridge for a week or the freezer for longer.

Topping

  1. Top with a drizzle of white chocolate, coconut flakes, and leftover base crumb.
