Golden Butter Cups with Turmeric
Ingredients
- 1 block dark vegan chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut butter recommended)
- 2 tablespoons Turmeric Hot Choc powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon almond meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Himalayan sea salt for topping
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and add a tablespoon of coconut oil to thin it out, then spoon it into mini cupcake cases and spread it up the sides, then set in the fridge while preparing the filling.
In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients to combine, and if the nut butter is not oily enough, add another spoon of coconut oil.
Spoon the mixture into the chocolate cases.
Fill with the remaining melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.
Set in the fridge and serve.
