Cookies and Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 100g @naturescharm_au coconut condensed milk
  • 130g dairy free white chocolate
  • 15g coconut oil
  • 15g vanilla protein powder @macr0mike
  • 8 oreo biscuits (plus more for topping)
  • 20g dark chocolate (for topping, optional)

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan add condensed milk, white chocolate, protein powder and coconut oil

  2. Stir in low heat until melted and combined

  3. Take off heat and fold in crushed oreos

  4. Pour into lined tin and put in the fridge for a few hours to set

  5. Once set drizzle over melted dark chocolate and additional crushed oreos

  6. Store in the fridge for up to a week

  7. Makes 8 slices

  8. Freezer friendly

  9. This recipe is seriously so good

  10. I don’t normally like super rich foods but a small slice of this is enough to hit that sweet spot and is too good to resist
