Easy Sprinkle Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free baking flour (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • lots of sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.

  2. In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and in a small bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.

  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, stir until everything is well combined, then add in the sprinkles.

  4. Roll the dough into 13-15 balls, press down slightly, and bake for 9-10 minutes. Enjoy!
