Easy Sprinkle Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup gluten-free baking flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- lots of sprinkles
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients and in a small bowl whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, stir until everything is well combined, then add in the sprinkles.
Roll the dough into 13-15 balls, press down slightly, and bake for 9-10 minutes. Enjoy!
