Single Serve Breakfast Muffin
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1 tbs sweetener
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- munchmesnack almond blueberry clusters
- optional: cinnamon, frozen blueberries.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°c
Mix oat flour, baking powder, almond butter and sweetener in a bowl. Add and stir in almond milk. Once combined add in Almond Blueberry Clusters and frozen blueberries
Pour into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes
Serve warm with extra almond butter and crushed clusters on top
