Single Serve Breakfast Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 1 tbs sweetener
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • munchmesnack almond blueberry clusters
  • optional: cinnamon, frozen blueberries.

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c

  2. Mix oat flour, baking powder, almond butter and sweetener in a bowl. Add and stir in almond milk. Once combined add in Almond Blueberry Clusters and frozen blueberries

  3. Pour into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes

  4. Serve warm with extra almond butter and crushed clusters on top
