Single Serve Breakfast Cookie
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder (I used @macr0mike)
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1/3 tsp Baking Powder
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together
Form into a giant cookie shape
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
Add desired toppings
