Single Serve Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder (I used @macr0mike)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/3 tsp Baking Powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Form into a giant cookie shape

  3. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes

  4. Add desired toppings
