Simple Cacao Almond Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 scoop collagen (optional)
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
Preparation
Whisk together the egg and almond milk.
Stir in the remaining ingredients to form the batter.
Drop two tablespoons of batter onto a skillet for each pancake.
Cook the pancakes until done.
Top with unsweetened plain yogurt, pure maple syrup, and pepitas.
