Simple Cacao Almond Pancakes for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Preparation

  1. Whisk together the egg and almond milk.

  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients to form the batter.

  3. Drop two tablespoons of batter onto a skillet for each pancake.

  4. Cook the pancakes until done.

  5. Top with unsweetened plain yogurt, pure maple syrup, and pepitas.
