Precious Pancakes with kiwi and Berries
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- Cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Seasonal fruits to garnish
Preparation
Use a small bowl to mix your dry ingredients.
Take a separate bowl to beat the eggs. Then add the other wet ingredients. Whisk well.
Combine the contents of both bowls to make the pancake mix. Keep stirring till batter reaches a silky smooth consistency.
Warm your skillet at medium heat.
Grease it with non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil.
Pour your pancake batter onto the skillet in circles.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes then flip it over.
Cook the second side for 1-2 minutes.
Once your pancakes are ready, pile them up and drizzle some sweet maple syrup. Add sweet berries and tangy kiwis on top to make every bite heavenly.
