Precious Pancakes with kiwi and Berries

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp tapioca flour
  • Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Seasonal fruits to garnish

Preparation

  1. Use a small bowl to mix your dry ingredients.

  2. Take a separate bowl to beat the eggs. Then add the other wet ingredients. Whisk well.

  3. Combine the contents of both bowls to make the pancake mix. Keep stirring till batter reaches a silky smooth consistency.

  4. Warm your skillet at medium heat.

  5. Grease it with non-stick cooking spray or coconut oil.

  6. Pour your pancake batter onto the skillet in circles.

  7. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes then flip it over.

  8. Cook the second side for 1-2 minutes.

  9. Once your pancakes are ready, pile them up and drizzle some sweet maple syrup. Add sweet berries and tangy kiwis on top to make every bite heavenly.
