Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

Preparation

  1. It is impossible to mess up a waffle recipe unless the batter is too runny or the waffle pan is not sprayed.

  2. Cook the mixture in a waffle iron for 4 minutes, though the time may vary depending on the machine used (e.g., Cuisinart).

  3. Top the waffles with blueberries, almond butter, and vegan peanut butter granola.
