Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400g old fashioned oats
  • 100g goji berries
  • 50g cranberries
  • 100g Iranian pistachio
  • 100g mixed seeds
  • 50g sultanas
  • 50g pecans

Preparation

  1. All mixed together

  2. Then melt 2 tablespoon coconut oil, 100ml maple syrup, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract

  3. Mix into dry

  4. Then separate 2 eggs and whisk the whites, add to the mix and stir well. Then bake in a lined tin for 30 mins at 160c turning periodically

  5. Cool and pop in a jar, will keep for weeks and is great with yoghurt or milk
