Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 400g old fashioned oats
- 100g goji berries
- 50g cranberries
- 100g Iranian pistachio
- 100g mixed seeds
- 50g sultanas
- 50g pecans
Preparation
All mixed together
Then melt 2 tablespoon coconut oil, 100ml maple syrup, 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix into dry
Then separate 2 eggs and whisk the whites, add to the mix and stir well. Then bake in a lined tin for 30 mins at 160c turning periodically
Cool and pop in a jar, will keep for weeks and is great with yoghurt or milk
