Gut-Friendly Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 tsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 heaped dessert spoon chocolate
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • 2.5 tbsp ground chia
  • 1 tbsp melted cacao CBD
  • 1 tbsp plant milk
  • 3 tbsp ground almonds
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pili nuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C and line a baking tray.

  2. Set aside your pili nuts and chocolate chips.

  3. Place all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and combine well.

  4. Add your nuts and chocolate to the mixture and combine, then leave the cookie dough for 10 minutes.

  5. Divide the mixture into 8 balls and flatten into cookie shapes on the tray, leaving 1.5 inches between each cookie.

  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the top three-quarters of the oven.

  7. Leave to cool completely and then store in an airtight container.
