Lentil Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c veggie broth
  • 2 cups cooked french lentils
  • 1 tsp tamari
  • 1 tsp vegan worchestershire sauce
  • the spice blend that goes in the sauté:
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • lentil mix:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 c brown rice flour
  • glaze on top:
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Bake for 30-40 mins at 350 degrees F

  2. Remove and let cool before cutting
