Lentil Loaf
Ingredients
- 1/2 c veggie broth
- 2 cups cooked french lentils
- 1 tsp tamari
- 1 tsp vegan worchestershire sauce
- the spice blend that goes in the sauté:
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- lentil mix:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 c brown rice flour
- glaze on top:
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Bake for 30-40 mins at 350 degrees F
Remove and let cool before cutting
