Pancakes
Ingredients
- 190 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 170 g banana
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Smash the banana in a bowl so that you get a nice mixture without clumps
Throw all dry ingredients together in a bowl and add the banana and the milk. Mix everything well. Preheat the oven (180° C) and place a baking sheet on a tray
Put the dough - in pancake shapes - on the tray and bake it for 20 minutes. If you like you can add agave syrup or cream and fruits for serving
