Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 190 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 170 g banana
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Smash the banana in a bowl so that you get a nice mixture without clumps

  2. Throw all dry ingredients together in a bowl and add the banana and the milk. Mix everything well. Preheat the oven (180° C) and place a baking sheet on a tray

  3. Put the dough - in pancake shapes - on the tray and bake it for 20 minutes. If you like you can add agave syrup or cream and fruits for serving
