Salmon with Kale and Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 small finely minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsps of soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together , marinate the filet for at least 1 h in the refregirator

  2. Then bake it for 15 min. At 200C

  3. Kale cut them finely and cook them in boiled water for only 3 minutes

  4. Quinoa cook 1 part Quinoa and 2 part water with salt Saute cooked Quinoa and Kale in a pan with 1 tsp Butter , salt and pepper
