Satay Tofu
Ingredients
- i block of tofu cut into thick strips
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chilli finely diced
Preparation
In a bowl place the maple syrup, tamari sauce, peanut butter, garlic, parsley and chilli and combine
Place the tofu and coat well
Marinate for 30 minutes
On a tray with parchment paper place the marinated tofu
Bake at 180 for 30 minutes turning the tofu half way
Serve with a sweet chilli sauce
