Satay Tofu

Ingredients

  • i block of tofu cut into thick strips
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli finely diced

Preparation

  1. In a bowl place the maple syrup, tamari sauce, peanut butter, garlic, parsley and chilli and combine

  2. Place the tofu and coat well

  3. Marinate for 30 minutes

  4. On a tray with parchment paper place the marinated tofu

  5. Bake at 180 for 30 minutes turning the tofu half way

  6. Serve with a sweet chilli sauce

  8. Teaspoons of maple syrup

  9. Teaspoons of tamari sauce

  10. Teaspoon of balsamic
