Simple Little Dish Packed Full of Flavour
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 2 tsp low salt soy sauce
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C
Combine the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup and lemon juice to create a marinade
Brush the marinade over the cod fillets then cover and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes (or as long as possible)
Line a baking sheet with grease proof paper and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The fish should start to flake away and the marinade should start to golden/blacken
Serve with steamed rice, stir-fried vegetables and a squeeze a lime juice
