Simple Little Dish Packed Full of Flavour

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tsp low salt soy sauce
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • daddelicious

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C

  2. Combine the miso paste, soy sauce, maple syrup and lemon juice to create a marinade

  3. Brush the marinade over the cod fillets then cover and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes (or as long as possible)

  4. Line a baking sheet with grease proof paper and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The fish should start to flake away and the marinade should start to golden/blacken

  5. Serve with steamed rice, stir-fried vegetables and a squeeze a lime juice
