Spicy Cumin Cauliflower Chick’n Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower 4 cups of florets
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 chopped jalapeños
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 finely diced red onion
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro

Preparation

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Preheat your oven to 425 f

  3. You can also cook them on a skillet

  4. Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-sized florets

  5. Mix the water chickpea flour and spices in a medium mixing bowl

  6. Dip the cauliflower in the thick batter and lay single layer on the baking sheet

  7. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown, flipping the florets over halfway through to get all sides golden brown and crispy

  8. Remove from oven cool and enjoy!
