Spicy Roasted Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large cauliflower head
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • a dash of coconut aminos

Preparation

  1. Chop half a large cauliflower head into bite-size pieces.

  2. Drizzle the chopped cauliflower with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil.

  3. Season with 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, and a dash of coconut aminos.

  4. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.

  5. Add the roasted cauliflower to your favorite salad or wrap.
