Spicy Roasted Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 large cauliflower head
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- a dash of coconut aminos
Preparation
Chop half a large cauliflower head into bite-size pieces.
Drizzle the chopped cauliflower with 2 tablespoons of avocado oil.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika, and a dash of coconut aminos.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 25 minutes.
Add the roasted cauliflower to your favorite salad or wrap.
