Baked Cauliflower Steak with Tahini Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tbsp tahini or nut butter of preference
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2-3 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Set oven to 425F.
Cut cauliflower head into 3-4 even slabs.
Add all remaining ingredients except cauliflower into a bowl and whisk together.
Brush the cauliflower with the mixture on both sides.
Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Set oven to high broil and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes or until edges are golden.
Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
Serving suggestions
Serve with lentils and rice.
