Roasted Cauliflower with Smoked Paprika and Herbs
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh mint or cilantro
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss the cauliflower in a bowl with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
Lay the seasoned cauliflower on a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, flip the cauliflower, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Squeeze lemon over the cauliflower, sprinkle with fresh herbs, and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
