Vegan Biscotti
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3tbsp starch (I used corn starch)
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 4tbsp cold water
Preparation
Whisk together
Mix into a dough. form dough into a log 10”x3” & bake for 20 min @ 350°F. let cool completely, cut into biscotti logs, flip on side & then bake again for 20 more mins (flipping halfway)
I dipped the ends into chocolate (I melted 1/2 a dark chocolate bar w 1tbsp coconut oil in the microwave) + topped w crushed almonds
